“Accessing Health and Approching the Suffering”

The conference participants will examine what constitutes a healthy society in light of the new realities we are experiencing at this historical moment in humanity; how the Church can contribute to this society; and how we can support those suffering from certain serious illnesses. Emphasis will be placed on the necessary support required by the elderly today, along with their caregivers, and the creation of a network of volunteers who can serve as companions to the elderly in their home environment.
